Brigadier gott was ordered to attack and seize halfaya pass, Sollum, fort capuzzo & bardia and then go as far west as he was able in the time alloted.
Halfaya pass is held by the 15th motorcycle regiment supported by the Italian 1st battalion of the 1st artillery regiment.
Sollum is held by the 3rd recon battalion.
Fort capuzzo is held by the 2nd battalion of the Italian 20th infantry regiment.
Bardia is held by the 2nd battalion 5th panzer regiment, 1st battalion 75th artillery regiment & the kampfgruppe von Herff Hq.
There are 9 turns of 4 hours starting at 0600 hours may 15th until 1800 hours may 16th
Turns 1 - 4 & turns 7 - 9 are daylight turns when all the fighting occurs, turns 5 & 6 are night time turns when all forces are laagered.
During turns 5 & 6 any forces that have losses can be left amalgamated and wounded sent to the rear to hospitals, also any tanks that are disabled and are near to a recovery vehicle can be repaired.
